Planning an event comes with a lot of moving parts—we’re here to make the beverage side easy. Below are answers to some of the most common questions we get. Don’t see what you’re looking for? Just reach out. We’re happy to help.

We’ve done parties and events ranging from 30 guests all of the way up to 5,000 guests.

Since we customize every event service, we don’t have a price list to share. However once a quote is requested, we will respond with a custom quote.

For any event that we are supplying bar services for, we require the use of our bartenders, which are charged by an hourly rate.

We do not have any minimum spend or guest count requirements.

We require a deposit of 50% of the estimated bar total, however you will always be billed based on the actual consumption during the event. We ask that they are paid in full prior to the event, and any unused product quantities are deducted from the final invoice and we send a reimbursement check.

Ideally we have at least 7 days notice, however can possibly accommodate shorter turnaround times.

We order from all liquor houses and distributors, so we don’t have a product list to share. However, we do have standard and premium brands we consistently include, based on our experience and usage.

For most of our bar services, we will provide clear plastic disposable cups for the wine, mixed drinks and soda, for a minimal charge. If you are wanting real bar glassware (hi-ball, rocks, wine glasses), we can coordinate that rental for you through our rental partners.

No we do not, however we are part of the Abraham Catering family, who would be delighted to discuss your event with you and provide food options.
